I enjoy reading, dancing, yoga, cycling (outdoor & spin), weight training, and CARDIO! I love Zumba and other choreographed group fitness classes. Seriously, if I didn't work and had all the time in the world, I would do 2 hours of cardio a day, plus my daily yoga practice.
I love family time more than anything. Nothing beats rocking out with my baby to Yo Gabba Gabba or doing the Hot Dog dance together. Jonathan is named after his Daddy :) and every day with him is beautiful and wild.
